Leandro Marquesini Maricati was appointed Vice President of Camaco North America Operations in July 2024. In this role, he leads North America plants, Quality, AME, Tooling and Materials corporate activities.

Leandro began his experience on automotive seating business in 1995, working for Keiper Brazil. 

In 2010, he joined Amvian Brazil starting 2 green field plants.

In 2022, he becomes responsible by ROW plants in Germany, Poland and India and, in 2024, moved to US as Executive Director of Operations in North America.

He is graduated from FATEC Sao Paulo as a Mechanical Technologist with emphasis in Production Process, post graduated in International trade commerce and MBA at FGV of Strategic and Economic Business management.

He lives in Novi – MI, with his wife and child.
