Marni Rosenthal joined Camaco as its Chief Financial Officer in May 2025. She oversees all financial activities within the company, including financial reporting, planning, and risk management. Additionally, she is responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

Marni joins us from Tenneco where she has spent the last 5 years as the Executive Director, Finance, Americas for its DRiV division. Prior to Tenneco, Marni was Finance Director at Aptiv where she held financial responsibility over its Vehicle Connection Systems business. Additionally, she has held various roles of increasing responsibility over a 10+ year span with Federal Mogul. She began her career in financial consulting and public accounting audit
roles with Ernst & Young in Toronto, Ontario + BDO Seidman.

Marni holds degrees in Business Administration and Administrative and Commercial Studies from the University of Western Ontario and Honors Business Administration from the
University of Windsor – both from University of Windsor. Additionally, she holds Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations.
