Matt Pollick is Camaco’s President reporting to CEO Arvind Pradhan. 

As President, he leads the entire global team guiding the company strategy as well as the company’s operational performance, commercial success, and exceeding customer expectations. 

Matt joined Camaco in May 2026 from Autokiniton where he held the position of President. Prior to Autokiniton, he held several leadership roles including VP Operations at KPS Partners, Global COO at Horizon Global, as well as EVP Industrial Management at Gestamp North America.

A Michigan native, he holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Baker College and MBA from Michigan State University.
